Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 September 2026

These terms apply to every use of suppp ("the Service"), provided by Wurkspace Studios (KvK 42083570, established in the Netherlands; "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you ("Customer") agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

1. The Service

suppp is a customer-support platform for businesses: a live chat widget, a shared email inbox, team collaboration tools and optional AI assistance. The Service is intended for business use only; you confirm you use it in the course of a trade, business or profession.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information and keep sign-in access (your email account and, if enabled, your authenticator app) secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for who you invite. We strongly recommend two-factor authentication for all admins. Tell us immediately at hello@suppp.chat if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to:

  • send spam or unsolicited marketing, or to phish, harass or deceive people;
  • break any law, including privacy, consumer-protection and e-commerce law;
  • upload malware or try to access other workspaces, test our security without following our responsible disclosure policy, or disrupt the Service;
  • process special categories of personal data (such as health data) or criminal-offence data, unless we agreed to this in writing.

We may suspend a workspace that clearly violates these rules, and will tell you why.

4. Your data and privacy

You own the data you and your customers put into the Service. For personal data about your customers you are the controller and we are your processor: our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms and describes how we handle it. You are responsible for having a legal basis for the data you process and for informing your customers — for example by linking your privacy policy in the chat widget (Settings → Widget).

How we handle data about you as our customer is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI features

AI features are optional and off until a workspace admin enables them. AI output can be wrong: review suggested replies before sending them. We don't use your data to train AI models.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe; prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time in the billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata unless required by law. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before they take effect.

7. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing. We may perform maintenance and change features; we announce changes that materially reduce functionality in advance.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your workspace at any time (Settings → Workspace), which immediately and permanently deletes its data as described in the DPA. Export anything you want to keep first. We may terminate for material breach of these terms after notice, or with 60 days' notice if we discontinue the Service.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software and branding. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Service.

10. Liability

Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid), or where the law does not allow them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce material changes at least 30 days in advance by email or in the product; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
